DAY 1 Arrival Bologna Apt – Half Day Private City Walking Tour – Oldest Markets – (Thursday)
Arrival at Bologna Airport. Meet and greet with our driver and transfer with car/minivan to the hotel in Bologna. Half Day private guided Bologna city tour with the most interesting places, visit the oldest markets in town. Afterwards lunch on your own, time for a stroll in the city or for some shopping in the small shops under the Arches and walk to the hotel. Dinner on your own. Overnight at the hotel in Bologna
DAY 2 Bologna – Modena Vinegar Production* – Parma (Friday)
Buffet Breakfast in the hotel. Drive with our private driver with car or minivan to the Balsamic Vinegar Producer near Modena. Guided Vinegar Production visit and tasting of 3 different types of IGP Balsamic Vinegars. Transfer to the hotel in Parma. Time for lunch on your own and leisure, Discover Parma on your own. Time for dinner. Overnight at the hotel in Parma
*A vinegar factory visit is an unmissable opportunity to get to know the families and businesses associated with the production of Modena’s black gold in person and as well way to discover the beauty and peculiarities of the territory of the origin of the product
DAY 3 Parma- Raw Ham and Salami Museum – Lunch – Pasta and Tomato Museum (Saturday)
Buffet Breakfast in the hotel and transfer with our private driver with car/minivan to the Parma Ham Museum near Parma. Guided visit of the Parma Raw Ham Museum; the Parma Ham and Cured Meats Museum, an ethnographic museum dedicated to Parma Raw Ham and other cured meats. Transfer over the beautiful landscape to the Salami Museum. Guided Salami Museum; an ethnographic museum on the theme of the production of local Salami, built inside the cellars of the Castello, an ancient manor house dating back to 890.
Drive to Giarola and Lunch at the Restaurant with a “Food Museums Menu”; this menu allows you to taste all the products seen during the museum tour. After lunch transfer to the Tomato Museum and guided visit
Return to the hotel in Parma and time to relax. Dinner on your own

DAY 4 Parma – Parmesan Museum – Airport Bologna Departure (Sunday)
Buffet Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer with our private driver with car/minivan to the Parmesan Museum. Guided visit Parmesan Museum visit and Parmesan tasting of various ages of Parmigiano Reggiano (12, 24 and 48 months). Transfer to Bologna Airport. Time for a short meal. Flight Departure

After the visit transfer to Collecchio and Lunch in the Restaurant with “Food Museums Menu”; this menu allows you to taste all the products seen during the museum tour.
In the afternoon guided visit of the Tomato Museum and Pasta Museum.
Time permitting Wine Museum; in the suggestive cellars an exhibition and sensorial itinerary is dedicated to Parma wine, its history and its culture
After the visit transfer to the hotel in Parma. Dinner on your own in Parma and overnight at the hotel in Parma
